The new Prada phone will come with a stylish bluetooth watch that not only offers time but also allows users to view incoming calls and texts.

In pure Prada style, the accompanying accessory, called Prada Link, is made of stainless steel, tempered glass and leather and it will come with a security feature that alerts the user when the phone wanders out of range.

The catch though is that only the first 3000 UK customers will get it for free, with subsequent punters having to fork out £200 to get one.

The LG Prada II, also known as the KF900, will be available at Orange first for free on tariffs starting from £35 per month on a 18-month contracts. It will also be available in due time at Phones4U and Carphone Warehouse.

The keyboard-equipped smartphone comes with a haptic, multi-touch 3-inch touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera and other goodies found on similarly priced cameras - including a TV out, FM Radio and a microSD slot.

Expect a full launch by late November 2008 at an estimated price of £500 with many expecting it to top the last Prada Phone which according to some estimates, sold more than 1 million units.
