Microsoft has made yet another attempt to take over a part of Yahoo. According to recent reports, Microsoft is not going to give up convincing Yahoo Search to surrender itself to the software giant.

Microsoft is reported to be joining hands with News Corp. and Time Warner to make a potential deal in order to make way for a smooth Yahoo acquisition.

In yet another news it was revealed that though Yahoo has turned down Microsoft proposal's, it was found talking to those very companies regarding the enactment of the same deals without Microsoft.

Time Warner wants Yahoo to combine its AOL property with but rumours also hint towards Microsoft's intentions of acquiring AOL itself.

The software giant, Microsoft had hoped that a deal with Yahoo would accelerate its prospects of capitalizing on web advertising growth and it would also help in competing with Google Inc, which is also struggling for the same Internet audience.

However Yahoo’s future is set to be interesting as the take over bid by Carl Icahn is to be held next month.
